Fruit Bavarian. This Fruit Bavarian Torte is a creation of the Albemarle Baking Co. in downtown Charlottesville, VA. Two layers of vanilla sponge cake, layers of Bavarian cream, an icing of Bavarian cream, topped with toasted coconut and fruit.
