The Vertical Twin Rig. Almost all the vertical format pictures you see on this site are taken with this rig. This configuration is the most affordable way to shoot full frame 35mm stereo pairs that are essentially orthoscopic. At two and a half inches (75mm), the stereobase is very close to the typical human eye spacing, affording you the opportunity for shooting close up portraits that have an astonishing level of realism.
